Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking Community Staff Nurses for permanent and fixed term/secondment positions to cover maternity leave, including an 18.75-hour role until June 2025. The role involves providing professional, holistic nursing care in various community settings, with a focus on delivering compassionate, respectful service. Candidates must be committed to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.

Key responsibilities include assessing patient care needs, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and functioning as a lone worker for task delegation, assessments, and concerns escalation. Excellent communication skills and adaptability to varying shift patterns within a 7-day service are essential. Mentorship and professional development opportunities are provided. Welsh language skills are desirable, but both English and Welsh speakers are encouraged to apply.
