Our services consist of the following specialist inpatient areas:
All areas have a successful structure of MDT working and you will be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team and have an ethos of collaborative working between individual service users, carers and other stakeholders.

CWP offers a secure services payment allowance to staff working on our low secure units of £1519.00 pa pro rata.
We are looking for motivated support workers to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and excellent standards of care. You will be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for mental health care,applicants should havesome experience of working with people with either a Mental Health condition, Dementia, Intellectual disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder and who can demonstrate their compassion and optimism for the rehabilitation and recovery of this client group as well as a desire for on-going professional development. You will receive excellent training opportunities for clinical development and regular supervision and appraisal.
All wards offer a 24-hour service; therefore the successful candidates must be able to work a full range of 12 hour shifts including night shifts and weekends.
There are regular opportunities for career progression throughout the organisation.
