The Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals with mental health needs in Chesterfield. This role involves helping clients access and sustain meaningful employment through the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. Key responsibilities include providing personalized support, such as CV preparation and interview techniques, advocating for clients with employers, and fostering relationships with local businesses to create job opportunities.
