The Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Assistant Psychologist to join their Northampton Memory Assessment Services (MAS) team. This role presents an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in dementia assessment and post-diagnostic support, in an environment that frequently helps its Assistant Psychologists progress to Clinical Doctorate programs. The position will involve working alongside a multidisciplinary team to perform enhanced neuropsychological assessments, co-facilitate supportive and educational workshops for individuals with dementia and their caregivers, provide cognitive-behavioral therapy-based guided self-help, and contribute to system development and audits to enhance service delivery.
