In this rewarding role, you'll provide top-tier care to patients registered with a Bury GP, helping those in need of wound management following surgery or trauma, as well as offering valuable skin care advice. Our evidence-based approach includes comprehensive assessments and effective treatment strategies tailored for wounds, leg ulcers, and Lymphedema.
As part of a close-knit team of 14 professionals--including Tissue Viability Nurses, Community Nurse Team Leaders, and Health Care Support Workers--you'll play a pivotal role in promoting self-management pathways, empowering patients and their families to take charge of their health.
Our service operates 7 days a week across various clinic settings, collaborating with Community Clinicians for joint assessments in nursing homes and with adult community teams.
