The role of Community Mental Health Nurse in Rhymney with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board offers an exciting opportunity for two full-time Registered Nurses in Mental Health (RNMH) within the North Caerphilly Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). Successful candidates will be motivated, innovative professionals passionate about delivering user-centered care to individuals with complex mental health needs in a community setting. This position is suited for either a Band 5 Nurse or an experienced Band 6 Nurse looking to enhance their community nursing skills as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities include taking on the role of Care Coordinator for a designated patient caseload, conducting routine and urgent assessments, and actively participating in the development of adult mental health services in the region. Applicants should have considerable knowledge and experience in managing severe and enduring mental health conditions, with a commitment to high-quality care delivery. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, but not essential, welcoming both Welsh and English speakers to apply.
