Band 6: £39,205 to £47,084 a year per annum, pro rata  PERMANENT 
This is a permanent part time role for 30 hours, 4 days week within our service hours of 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday.


We're looking for a qualified part time School Nurse to join our 0-19 team in Bracknell Forest and be part of our 'Outstanding' CQC rated Trust.

You'll join a welcoming dedicated team of school nurses, community nurses and support staff. We've a cohesive and integrated service so you'll benefit from working closely with our Health Visiting colleagues. We've established strong working relationships with the local schools that you'll visit on rotation.

You'll manage your own independent caseload and your work will include:

  • Conducting drop-in sessions on rotation at targeted schools
  • Completing health assessments for children in care
  • Attending safeguarding conferences
  • Working with other teams and agencies
