Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated and motivated Service Delivery Manager for its Maternity & Neonatology Directorate in London. In this key role, the successful candidate will support the Deputy General Manager and Business Managers with operational and business management tasks, focusing on service redesign to enhance patient experience. The position involves oversight of IT needs, data management, and ensuring compliance with patient record standards. Ideal candidates should possess operational management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team.

The Service Delivery Manager will assist in the development and implementation of service improvement plans, ensuring that departmental capacity meets clinical performance targets. This role requires collaboration with various internal departments and external agencies, as well as responsibility for staff and budget management within designated areas. The candidate will also need to work across different hospital sites, including St Mary's and Hammersmith Hospital/Queen Charlotte & Chelsea Hospital, and will be prepared to deputize for Business Managers and Deputy General Managers as needed.
