The States of Guernsey is hiring an Associate Director of Pharmacy for the Princess Elizabeth Hospital, seeking a dynamic and experienced pharmacy leader. In this key position, the successful candidate will provide strategic direction and management to pharmacy services, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves leading a team, driving service improvements, and supporting the Chief Pharmacist in meeting the States Service Area Plan and Medicines Optimisation KPIs.

Responsibilities include leading the Pharmaceutical Care Service, managing senior pharmacists, acting as Medicines Safety Officer, and delivering expert clinical pharmacy advice across various specialties. The Associate Director will also ensure effective pharmacy services across Health & Social Care and participate in weekend and on-call services, making a significant impact in a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.
