Umbrella Medical is seeking a motivated and experienced Advanced Nurse Prescriber or Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join its established team in Walsall, following the merger of three practices into a new facility. The role involves providing high-quality patient care and includes responsibilities such as managing minor illnesses and chronic diseases, conducting medication reviews, and performing triage calls. The successful candidate will work autonomously and collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals, focusing on assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients. Additionally, the practitioner will contribute to service development, staff education, and potentially partake in audits and research initiatives.

Applicants are required to have completed the Independent Prescribing course and demonstrate confidence in autonomous practice within a structured clinical setting. The position emphasises a commitment to delivering excellent patient care and adapting to the evolving demands of primary healthcare services.
