We are on the lookout for a compassionate and skilled High-Intensity Band 7 CBT Therapist to join our dedicated Older Adult Community Mental Health Team in Lancaster. In this fulfilling role, you’ll work closely with older adults experiencing mental health challenges, helping them regain control of their lives through tailored, evidence-based CBT interventions.

As part of our supportive multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide a crucial service to individuals over 65 and those under 65 with early-onset dementia. You’ll be instrumental in delivering assessments, crafting individualised care plans, and offering vital advice, all while enjoying flexible weekday hours in a nurturing environment at DeVitre House.
