The Workforce Support Officer role at Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is a 12-month fixed term or secondment position focused on providing administrative support within the Transformational HR and Learning & Development (L&D) teams. This role is integral to enhancing the internal HR and organisational development services, ensuring high quality and responsive assistance to employees and managers. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee data in the Electronic Staff Records (ESR) system, responding to HR-related inquiries, setting up and administering L&D courses, and producing workforce reports.

Additionally, the officer will deliver training on HR processes, establish relationships with managers and external organisations, and assist in the overall administration of workforce information services. Candidates are expected to contribute to a collaborative and innovative workplace culture, while actively engaging in transforming HR practices to better serve the Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership.
