The Senior Liaison Practitioner role at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Winchester is designed for qualified Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, or Occupational Therapists with experience in mental health. The position focuses on providing specialized assessment and treatment for patients with co-existing physical and mental health issues within a general hospital environment. While the role may involve occasional weekend work, primarily daytime hours are preferred, accommodating flexible scheduling to meet the needs of both the practitioner and the Liaison team.

The practitioner will be part of a multi-disciplinary team addressing a wide range of clinical presentations, including various mental health disorders. The position emphasises a commitment to support the ongoing development of the Liaison service and a passion for recovery-focused care.
