Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager for Aire View Care Home, responsible for ensuring a professional and caring experience for both visitors and residents. In this role, you will support the General Manager by leading the sales process and coordinating admissions and discharges alongside the Home Administrator. Key duties include greeting guests, managing show rounds, conducting competitor analysis, and assisting with the implementation of the local marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and customer relation skills, have experience in administration (with sales experience preferred), and demonstrate the ability to lead and train a small team effectively.
