Alliance Medical Ltd is seeking a skilled PET-CT Radiographer/Technologist to join their Maidstone team. Ideal candidates will have HCPC or equivalent registration, a background in Nuclear Medicine with experience in PET-CT, and be proficient in handling radiopharmaceuticals, with a preference for those who can perform IV cannulation. Those with significant general Radiographer experience may also be considered, as on-the-job training in PET-CT will be provided in collaboration with the Christie School of Oncology. The role demands excellent communication and organisational skills, a patient-focused attitude, and a flexible approach to work.

The position involves undergoing a competency program in PET-CT and contributing to high-quality patient care. Successful candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively across teams, and a willingness to adapt to changes. Experience in PET-CT and CT is desirable, and while an IV Cannulation Certificate is preferred, training will be provided for those lacking this skill. Flexibility to work across multiple sites may also be required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated PET CT Radiographer/Technologist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have either HCPC or an equivalent voluntary registration, you should have a background in Nuclear Medicine, preferably with experience of PET-CT, and be experienced in handling and dispensing radiopharmaceuticals. A high level of competency in cannulation is preferable.

A candidate with significant experience working as a Radiographer will also be considered as training in PET-CT can be provided.

You should have a patient-focused attitude to ensure patient care is delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. We are looking for a flexible, adaptable team player who has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

You will undertake a competency programme in PET-CT to develop your knowledge and help you gain a full understanding of PET-CT. Training will be delivered "On the Job" and in collaboration with the Christie School of Oncology via the PET-CT training academy. You will also be required to IV cannulate patients as part of the role. Rest assured, should you not have any prior experience in IV cannulation, Alliance Medical will provide full training.
