Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist for its CAMHS team in Rochdale. This full-time, substantive position involves working within a supportive multi-disciplinary environment that values professional development and supervision. The role focuses on providing specialist psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for children and young people facing moderate to severe mental health challenges, including those with neurodevelopmental conditions. The successful candidate will design and implement therapeutic care plans and provide guidance to other professionals, enhancing the psychological approach across various service settings.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the post-holder may lead on specific clinical pathways, contribute to service development initiatives, and engage in research activities for audit and policy improvement. Supervision responsibilities will also be part of the role, which includes participation on a duty team, albeit with minimized duty commitments. The position is based at Birch Hill Hospital, with the potential for appointments at varying locations within the borough. Applicants can apply for either full-time or part-time hours.
