The role of Specialist Speech and Language Therapist at Ealing with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust involves assessing, diagnosing, and managing a caseload of clients—primarily children—with speech, language, communication, and eating, drinking, and swallowing difficulties. The position requires the development and implementation of specialized treatment packages, independent caseload management with support, and participation in service development. The therapist will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicate case findings to clients and families, supervise assistants, and contribute to training and mentoring.
