Practice Plus Group is seeking a Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join its integrated Mental Healthcare team at Gatwick IRC, providing care to approximately 440 patients with complex mental health needs. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and is suitable for both newly qualified and experienced psychologists with expertise in adult mental health, neurodiversity, and complex trauma. The candidate should have proficiency in trauma-informed practices and at least one trauma-specific intervention. This part-time position offers flexibility with hours and has the potential for full-time work across two sites.

The appointed psychologist will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including conducting psychological assessments, delivering 1:1 and group interventions as part of the Trauma Informed 'Making Sense' Programme, and contributing to staff training. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £63,300 per annum FTE, based on experience, along with supportive resources for professional development, including a bespoke induction and access to continuous professional development opportunities. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK and will undergo additional vetting and security checks due to the nature of the role.
