The role of Senior Primary Care Nurse at HMP Lowdham Grange with Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust involves providing acute, rehabilitative, and primary care to offenders in a prison setting. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with various healthcare professionals, and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while ensuring high standards of service delivery in accordance with national frameworks.
