Would you like to work closely with others as part of a wider MDT, which includes:   GPs, Psychiatrists, Specialist Community Practitioners, Pharmacists, Mental Health & Substance Misuse Practitioners, Learning disability services, Psychologists and a multitude other allied professionals   We deliver a wide range of positive health opportunities to individuals in custody, which is equal to and often above what is offered in the community. To work as part of the Healthcare Centre team leading in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient needs and appropriate care and treatment.   Ensure the implementation of the National Service Frameworks and ensure maintenance of high standards of care to the prison population.   To coordinate and lead the team as operational daily nurse in charge.   To provide leadership, support for and supervision of the team.   Maintain professional standards, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. You will need to have a valid RGN Qualification and be registered with the NMC. You should also be flexible, adaptable and have good IT skills.Ideally you will have prior experience of working within a range of healthcare environments.
