The Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester is seeking an enthusiastic Sister/Charge Nurse for their Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatment (SACT) Day Services unit, which serves up to 160 patients daily with various types of cancer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing patient care, including assessment, planning, and delivery of treatments, while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. They will also lead and mentor junior nursing staff, manage daily operations of the SACT unit, and support outreach services across Greater Manchester, all while promoting a positive patient experience through effective communication and teamwork.
