The Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Recovery College Development Lead to support the growth and development of the Leeds Recovery College, which offers educational courses aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and personal recovery. This leadership position involves overseeing the college's daily operations, guiding staff and volunteers, and collaborating with the Recovery College Development Manager to implement community wellbeing programs and foster co-production. Candidates should possess experience in staff leadership, community project management, and strong training and facilitation skills, alongside a solid understanding of personal recovery principles.

The role emphasises effective communication and engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders, including mental health service users, clinical staff, and community partners.
