Northampton General Hospital is seeking a Medicine Capacity Manager to oversee and enhance patient flow within the Medicine Division. The primary responsibilities include presenting the division's capacity status at daily bed meetings and collaborating with discharge and ward teams to ensure safe, timely patient discharges. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and motivated professional dedicated to maintaining the division's ability to meet admission demands and ensuring patients are placed in the appropriate beds efficiently.
