Band 3: £24,071 to £25,674 a year p.a (pro rata if Part time)  PERMANENT 
Responsible in supporting the existing team with the patient journey through the Community Paediatric service from referral to discharge proactively ensuring children and families receive a smooth and timely service from the multi-disciplinary team.

Working with the Community Paediatrics service who help children with developmental problems and disabilities to achieve their full potential.

The post holder will ensure high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer focused and knowledgeable point of contact on all pathway administrative matters. The main duties will involve typing, referrals management, scanning and photocopying.
