The Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a passionate and qualified professional for the role of CAMHS Enhanced Therapeutic Resource Practitioner. This position is part of the Enhanced Therapy Team and involves working within a well-established clinical framework to support the mental health needs of young people and families in North Derbyshire. The Trust emphasises professional development through its induction program and ongoing learning opportunities, allowing practitioners to enhance their skills even if they don't meet all the desirable criteria initially.

As an autonomous practitioner, you will manage your own workload while collaborating with a diverse team of clinicians from various backgrounds. The role includes expanding the Intensive Home Treatment Team and contributing to the overall growth of the CAMHS service, which has been recognized for its outstanding care in previous inspections. The organisation promotes flexible working arrangements, alongside offering special leave and staff support policies to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
