Job description

Due to retirement within the team, we are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as part-time practice nurse. You will be working as a team of practice nurses. This role primarily involves all aspects of practice nursing actively managing patients on chronic disease registers, wound care, immunissations / vaccination etc. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Diabetes, COPD, Asthma, CHD.

This role offers up to 30 hours per week.

You will work under the direction of the lead nurse and as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, the post holder will
