The Life Support and First Aid Trainer at Haxby Group in Hull is responsible for designing and delivering essential life-saving training courses to primary and healthcare staff. This role entails conducting Basic Life Support (BLS) and Immediate Life Support (ILS) sessions, assessing the competency of participants, and regularly updating training materials to meet current standards. The trainer will also develop new training courses, generate leads, and deliver sessions across the UK.

In addition to training, the role involves evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, maintaining communication with key stakeholders, and adhering to health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, possess strong organisational skills, and be committed to upholding high training standards while working collaboratively within a team.
