The Band 3 Clinical Services Administrator role at Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust involves providing essential administrative support to the Sarum Community Mental Health Team in Salisbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing appointment diaries, handling telephone inquiries, and liaising with various stakeholders, including medical staff, service users, and external agencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software, particularly the electronic patient record system (RiO), are necessary. The role also includes tasks such as typing clinical letters, taking minutes during meetings, ordering supplies, and adapting to a dynamic workload in a supportive team environment.

Candidates should exhibit compassion for individuals with mental health challenges, be able to work under pressure, and maintain a positive demeanor. Previous clerical experience is preferred, but training will be provided for those new to certain aspects of the role. The position is for 4.5 days a week and is based at Fountain Way in Salisbury.
