The University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Band 6 Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse to join the Coombes ward, which serves both male and female patients with trauma and orthopedic needs. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a Band 5 nurse looking to enhance their leadership and management skills while supporting the ward manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care are maintained and patient needs are met.
