The position requires significant clinical expertise to provide effective assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and management for a mixed caseload that includes both Dysphagia and communication disorders.

Key responsibilities include coordinating therapy across two hospital sites, implementing communication standards, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring alignment with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists' guidelines. Applicants must possess competence in Dysphagia, though extensive experience in mental health is not mandatory. A valid UK driving license is required for business use, with adjustments available under the Equality Act 2010.
