The Uro-Gynaecology Clinical Nurse Specialist at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust will focus on providing expert nursing care for women experiencing pelvic floor and bladder dysfunction. This role involves coordinating and delivering comprehensive services, including outpatient management, diagnostic clinics, and flexible cystoscopies, alongside Urogynaecology Consultants and the multidisciplinary team. The specialist will maintain a high standard of evidence-based care, manage a client case-load, and ensure positive patient experiences, while also fulfilling managerial and educational responsibilities such as data collection, staff training, and participating in service development initiatives.

The position also requires ongoing professional development, maintaining NMC registration, and staying updated with best practices and guidelines in urogynaecology. The clinician will mentor junior staff, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and promote patient education around urogynaecology conditions.
