NTW Solutions Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Craftsperson to join their Estates Team at Northgate Hospital in Morpeth. This role involves undertaking planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, and new installations of various building services systems within healthcare premises. The successful candidate will work independently on equipment such as boilers, air compressors, ventilation systems, and more, while also conducting condition surveys of mechanical systems. A £2.5K welcome bonus is offered as part of an attractive compensation package, with the pay set at Band B (£17.86 per hour), and opportunities for enhancements through weekend work and on-call duties.

To undertake without routine supervision; planned maintenance, breakdown repairs and new installation work within healthcare premises on a variety of building services related systems, including:

Energy generating plant including boiler plant (steam & LPHW)

DHWS & CWS systems

Air compressors

Laundry and catering equipment

Drainage/sewerage

Ventilation plant

Air conditioning and refrigeration

BMS control systems

Electrical building services

Fault finding and repair of plant and equipment

Undertake Condition Surveys of Mechanical Systems and Mechanical Infrastructure within Healthcare Facilities
