The role of "Clinical Psychologist Personality Disorders" at NELFT in Ilford involves working within the IMPART team, which specializes in delivering third wave CBT therapies to clients with personality disorders and high-risk challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing therapy, managing a small team, and overseeing various aspects of team functioning and development. Candidates should have experience in CBT or DBT, with an interest in advancing their skills in these and other third-wave therapies. Key responsibilities include conducting specialist assessments, offering a range of therapeutic interventions, providing consultation on risk management, and supervising staff and trainees. The role also encompasses the management of referrals and the development of clinical materials for clients and staff.
