This role carries an incentive premium of £3,500 which will be paid in instalments over an 18-month period. and subject to terms.

Our hub is based at Saffron House in Easton, High Wycombe, which is the newly established mental health hub in South Bucks. We provide community-based treatments and are fortunate to work alongside our own dedicated Social Care Team. Our team provide focused interventions for the older adults of South Buckinghamshire.
Saffron House benefits from being at an accessible location, that is not only close to local bus and train stations but also the M40 motorway, with free staff parking on site.
This service operates 365 days per year and follows the principals of the Community Mental Health Framework. The core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 17.00. Out of hours/duty support services are managed via a team rota. Staff will be expected to work on this rota which includes 9:00 till 17.00 at weekends.
We want you to be a confident practitioner, able to work with students and teach others and be able to work under pressure and have excellent mental health assessment skills. Good communication is essential and an interest in developing physical health assessments is encouraged.
This role will require you to travel between community locations, you must therefore be comfortable with driving for work purposes and able to travel freely within the hours of the role. Applicants must have a full valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work. Adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2where required.
The South Buckinghamshire Community Mental Health Service is a busy and caring team that provides a high standard of care for older adults with a range of mental health conditions. The key focus is to keep patients as safe and as independent as possible, with a strong emphasis upon risk management and empowering patients to be involved in the services we provide.
You will be well supported and developed by an experienced deputy Management team. You will also have access to our excellent training and development programme.
