The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join the team at the Kendal Urgent Treatment Centre (KUTC) in Westmorland General Hospital. The successful candidate will provide patient care under the supervision of a registered professional, working in a busy environment that serves approximately 32,000 patients annually with minor injuries and illnesses. Positions are available for both full and part-time hours, requiring a highly focused and motivated individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle pressure.

Candidates should possess basic literacy and numeracy skills, an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or a related area, and a minimum of six months of relevant healthcare experience. Shift work is necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the unit operates daily from 8 am to 11 pm. Full training and development will be provided to support the new hire in meeting the role's requirements.
