Akari Care Limited is seeking a Cook for their award-winning home in South Gosforth, dedicated to enhancing the lives of elderly residents through personalized care and quality nutrition. The Cook will play a crucial role in menu creation, food presentation, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and nourishment, while being sensitive to the specific dietary needs and preferences of residents. The role also involves mentoring a team, fostering their development within a supportive environment that values community spirit and compassionate care.

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds 706 1&2 or equivalent, a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, and prior experience in a similar culinary role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
