The "Clinical Lead CDC - Hull and ERY" position at the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board focuses on advancing the Community Diagnostics Centre agenda. The role involves collaborating with clinical and operational pathway leads to review and redesign clinical pathways, particularly prioritizing the breathless pathway. The incumbent will engage with stakeholders across Place, Primary, Community, and Secondary Care to enhance services within the Hull & ERY CDC Hub and spokes, with a strong emphasis on patient experience and access.

Additionally, the post holder will provide strategic clinical leadership in the implementation of new pathways, leveraging data to address inequalities in access and outcomes. They will also be involved in service redesign initiatives, exploring digital solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of plans while identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues in collaboration with various health care professionals and partners.
