The Hollies Medical Centre in Sheffield is seeking a Full Time GP Receptionist / Care Navigator to join their busy reception and administration teams. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, motivated, and capable of delivering excellent administrative support and patient experiences. Previous experience as a GP receptionist and familiarity with SystmOne are preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Flexibility in working hours is essential, with shifts covering between 08:00am and 06:30pm, including potential early mornings, weekends, and covering for absences.

Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing appointment systems, signposting patients to appropriate services, processing repeat prescriptions, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining patient records and reception areas.
