The role of OPS Procurement Administrative and Clerical Officer at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in Dartford involves providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the OPS Pharmacy Teams and Senior Managers. Key responsibilities include processing invoices for all Prison Pharmacy sites, organizing and recording minutes for OPS meetings, and managing various administrative tasks such as audio/copy typing, correspondence preparation, and maintaining electronic filing systems. The officer is expected to prioritize tasks effectively, maintain confidentiality, and possess a good understanding of JAC for efficient invoice processing.
