We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our friendly team working full time hours ( 37 hours per week)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet Patients
- Register patients according to established protocols.
- answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries
- using care navigation skills and direct patients to appropriate clinician/service.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Emis web
- PATCH'S
- Docman 10
- Footfall
- EPS prescriptions
- ensure reception area is kept tidy.
- safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Main Job tasks , Duties and responsibilities:
- Answer telephone , screen and direct calls.
- Take and relay messages.
- Provide information to callers.
- greet persons entering the building.
- direct persons to correct destination.
- deal with queries from public and patients.
- monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Schedule appointments using Emis Web.
- Patchs, Patient access and NHS App - to deal with and promote to patients.
- process prescription requests via EPS.
- Keyboard skills
- Excellent telephone manner.
