Are you a passionate mental health professional ready to make a real difference? We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Mental Health Nurse to join our dedicated Assertive Outreach Team at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. This fixed-term role, covering maternity leave for up to 9 months, invites you to work collaboratively with individuals facing severe and enduring mental health challenges. With flexible working arrangements and an emphasis on recovery and social inclusion, your compassionate approach will be invaluable to our diverse clientele in Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, and the North Cotswolds.

In this role, you'll care-coordinate a designated caseload, ensuring each individual receives tailored support while working with a multi-disciplinary team. You’ll bring your experience to help engage those who may find it difficult to access care, all while working a part-time schedule of 22.5 hours a week that includes occasional evenings and weekends.
