The Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking a Head of Service for the Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, and Wiltshire (BSW) CAMHS and Adult Eating Disorder Services. This leadership role involves developing and managing the strategic vision and operational delivery of these services, ensuring alignment with the Directorate and Integrated Care Board priorities. The Head of Service will foster strong partnerships across local health and care systems, drive the achievement of key performance indicators, and promote high-quality outcomes for service users and their families.

Key responsibilities include overseeing quality, workforce, finance, performance, strategic change, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader capable of effective clinical decision-making and committed to enhancing mental health and safeguarding practices through robust quality and clinical governance models.
