The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is hiring for the role of Health Records Clerk, with two part-time to full-time positions available (up to 37.5 hours per week). The department operates 7 days a week from 06:00 to 20:00, and candidates must be willing to work flexible hours, including late shifts, weekends, and Bank Holidays on a rotational basis. The role involves working across four sites: Library Warehouse, Russells Hall Hospital, Corbett Hospital, and Guest Hospital. Drivers over 21 may be required for delivering urgent and elective case notes using a provided vehicle.

Candidates should have a minimum of GCSE in Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent) and are preferred to have previous clerical or administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft IT systems and strong organisational skills are necessary, along with the ability to handle a demanding work environment that may involve heavy lifting.

Responsibilities include providing patient case notes for appointments, including emergency and elective visits, with initial training in warehouse tasks lasting about six months, followed by training for reception desk duties, ensuring accuracy of patient demographic details on the PAS system.
