The University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Research Sister/Charge Nurse to join its Clinical Research Facility, specifically within the respiratory team. This pivotal Band 7 role involves overseeing the management and delivery of respiratory research studies, providing clinical and operational leadership to the research team, and ensuring the integration of research into patient care pathways.
