The South West London Integrated Care Board is seeking a Premises Control Manager to oversee the leases and rent reviews for approximately 200 primary care premises in South-West London. This role is integral to the NHS's transformation efforts, ensuring that current and future property needs are met in alignment with regulatory and financial frameworks. The manager will act as the primary contact for GP practices regarding their leases, engage with the District Valuer Office (DVO), and maintain clear communication with a variety of stakeholders to address premises-related issues effectively.

In addition to managing leasehold agreements and reimbursements, the Premises Control Manager will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, maintain accurate property information, and report to the Deputy Director of Estates. The position requires the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences and to propose updates to policies and practices as necessary to ensure value for money and support the sustainability of primary care facilities.
