This position offers a unique progression opportunity from a Band 5 to a Band 6 role, with full training provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small group of patients, conducting assessments, overseeing interventions in various settings, and collaborating with Community Mental Health Teams and other agencies to support patient care and family needs.
