The role of "Practice Based Educator - Critical Care" at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust in Oldham involves leading the planning, development, and evaluation of training initiatives aimed at enhancing critical care services. The educator will work primarily within the Greater Manchester Multi-Professional Critical Care Programme (GMCCCP) and will dedicate part of their time to the Critical Care Skills Institute (CCSI) to deliver hands-on training and workshops for healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities include coordinating the Greater Manchester Acute Illness Management (GMAIM) course, mentoring staff, and engaging in the development of competency-based training programs across the Trust. The position requires collaboration with other educators and teams to foster innovation and improvement in patient care.
