The Practice Plus Group is seeking a passionate Neurodiversity Practitioner to join their Integrated Mental Health Team at HMP Stocken, a category C prison in Rutland. In this full-time role, with an annual salary of up to £47,466, the successful candidate will provide direct and indirect support to individuals with neurodiversity, learning difficulties, and long-term neurological conditions such as Alzheimer’s or Dementia. The position offers flexible working hours and supports professional development through various training programs and a competency framework.

The Neurodiversity Practitioner will be a key member of the team, making a significant impact on the quality of life for prisoners by delivering training, applying a Trauma Informed Care approach, and participating in career development opportunities.
