The Health Care Assistant Out-of-Hours role at HCRG Care Group in Bath involves working part-time, up to two nights per week, from 17:00 to 22:30. In this position, you will collaborate with a Community Nurse Team Leader to respond to calls and visit patients in their homes, providing essential care that helps prevent unnecessary hospital admissions. Your duties may include assisting in nursing care as delegated by the Senior Sister/Team Sister, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills, and reporting any changes in patients’ conditions. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are crucial for this community-based role.
