The role offers the flexibility to choose your own shifts, with weekday, night, and weekend options available. You will receive a two-week paid induction to ensure you are fully prepared to deliver excellent care.

What you will be doing:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) you will provide high-quality evidence-based care to men and women with mental health conditions in a modern and purpose-built hospital, while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Where you will be working:

Location:  Little Ashfield, Midhurst, West Sussex, GU29 9JP 

Middlewood Clinic provide care and treatment for men and women who have an eating disorder including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and atypical eating disorders. Our approach will be to restore a healthy body weight and address psychological problems during treatment.  

The Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) at Middlewood Clinic will be made up of the Registered Manager, Consultant Psychiatrist, Nurses, Healthcare Workers, Psychologist, Dietician, Occupational Therapist and Social Worker. 

The hospital will have 12 comfortable ensuite bedrooms and a variety of communal and recreational spaces including lounge areas, a light and airy dining room, activities room, visitors room, therapy rooms, therapy kitchen area and a lovely cottage style garden.
